It should be on the top of the thermostat housing at the front of the engine. Just follow the top radiator hose to the engine. It will be a small device with a two wire connector on it.

1995 jeep cherokee heater gets cold when slowing down or stopped and get engine temp goes up. is fine at higher speed though

If the coolant is full in the radiator, the only thing I could think of is that the water pump may have worn impellers that do not circulate the coolant well enough at low speed, but does better at higher speeds.

Look for the electrical plung switch which is usually at the front hood corners. Trace the wire back towards the latch.

My 95 jeep grand cherokee with 133,000 miles allways serviced on a regular basis feels slugish while accelerating. Once the car gets moving it is fine could it be a bad coolant temp sensor?

well thats possible if it acts different at different temps you might want to check catalatic convertor and possibly your fuel pressure

After i start my 95 jeep grand cherokee limited

crank or camshaft sensor will cause this, a bad crank sensor will cause it not to start or start hard. it controls timing and sends info to pcm for proper fuel mixture and spark at the right time.
