Truck runs rough,no power.cuts in and out

My truck has served me well and has almost 200,000 miles on it now ....last month it started running rough when starting out in the AM but then ran fine after 10 mins or so...I drove it that way for a couple of weeks.. then changed plugs, plug wires rotor and cap...no change in performance...ran out of gas a week or so before all this started thought i had picked ud something in filter so i have changed that also....checked pvc valve it was bad so i replaced that ....used check engine diagnostic and got codes 12, 17, 51... the thing won't even idle now and I can't keep it running .....any sugestions? the 51 code says o senser stuck in lean position so i replaced that too....don't know what to do about the other code issues

My first guess is that your oxygen sensor has gone bad. However, I'd think you'd have an engine warning light come on. In my experience, a bad oxygen sensor can really mess up your fuel mileage, even though the car seems to run fine. I'll bet your friendly car shop can fix you up.

My 2005 Silverado Z71 has been running extremely rough, has lost power and sometimes hesitates when taking off from a stopped position. Is this a timing belt issue? A transmission issue? I just had the...

You do not have a timing belt, you have a timing chain that should be good for 200,000 miles or more. Could be fuel filter, fuel pump, vacuum leak or a host of other things. If you are not getting a service engine soon light, it is robably not a sensor. Could also be a plugged catalitic converter.
