How do I find the fuse box under the dash of the 1999 Buick Park Avenue. The information gages such as milage and road trips etc are not working and I would like to get them fixed.

a lot of times GM from the late 90's and even present will put the fuses on the ends of the dash, you will have to have your door open to gain access to them, this was to prevent people from playing with their fuses while driving.

Try replacing the coolant control temp sensor, the one to the computer (usually it will have two wires), not the sensor to the temp light or gauge (usually has only one wire).
