Question about 1997 Nissan.5 Altima
I own a 97 altima and when filling my gas tank it overflowed and when i went to check the gas gauge in was only filled to half the tank. do you know what could be the problem???
Very common problem, esp with high milage, the fuel vent system is plugged, because the charcoal canister has come apart and the particles have traveled thru and plugged the fuel vent valve, what happens is when you add fuel the air in the tank cant vent out as the liquid displaces the air and backs up thru the filler neck, this however can get costly.
