It is (usually located on the door jam).... But if not you can look at the tire itself, and it will give you a ....max psi.... and you dont wont to go over it, and make sure you are atleast 7 - 10 psi's within its number...Say if the number says max psi 44...set your tire pressure at 35, but no lower than 32...And if the max says 35..set it at 32...I hope this helps...But if you are too low your TPMS should let you know, or if you are too high it should also let you know,,,

Don't go to the dealer, unless you just have too much money. Call around to tire shops in your area and see if anyone has a "Bar-Tech" tool or a similar device that will reset your sensors for you and HUGE savings.

Try increasing the pressure to 40 PSI and driving for a bit. Make sure the pressure and your gauge are correct.

Air pressure in the tires drops when it is cold (as much a 5 PSI), as you drive they heat up and that makes them fall within the correct pressure limits to turn off the low tire pressure warning. I suggest you get an accurate tire gauge and air your tires up to 32 PSI all around.

It should go out if all of your tires are set to the correct pressure. If not, you may have an issue with a tire pressure sensor.

Locate the tire pressure sensor on 2008 pontiac g6 my system say svc tpm

The tire pressure sensors are part of the valve stem, one in each tire. Please check the tire pressure in each tire also the spare. If all are correct then you will have to diagnose the system with a scanner at a GM dealer or a name brand tire store.

Low tire pressure. Look at the tire pressure sticker in the drivers door jamb, and set all of your tires to the correct spec. If you have a slow leak, or a bad tire pressure sensor, it won't go away on it's own.
