Question about 1998 Isuzu Trooper
Something is draining the battery, what ever the fuse you replaced was running is the most likely the cause. Check the fuse, and see if it is blown again, or atleast check the system the fuse is connected to because something may be drawing constant power from the battery

The 80 amp is the main power supply for all the cars electrics so its a big current draw to blow that one .
When you look in the engine bay check the big wire going to the alternator has not rubbed through somewhere and is earthing out .
