If you know your tunup is it to date I would go buy some chevron supreme and add the techron fuel system cleaner to the fuel and do this for a couple tanks.

I'm assuming you only have a p0300 so far. You may notice the engine idles a little rough but runs fine off idle. This is a sign of restricted injectors.

03 chevy trailblazer, hooked up a code scanner and shows multiple random misfires doesn't give specific cylinder. p0300 code. I changed the spark plugs. no help.

Pull the coil plugs when running. One at a time. If the engine gets worse the coil is good. No difference. Most likely the coil is bad. To check it again, swap it with another. Pull the plug on the suspected bad one. If it gets worse, look to wiring at the one that was no deference. Check for power to the plug.

2003 chevy trailblazer service engine soon light

If the service engine soon light is flashing, it means the computer has detected an engine misfire with the potential of catalytic convertor failure. Don't just tune it up. Bring it somewhere they can read the trouble code. Sometimes it will designate which cylinder is having the problem.

I have a code on my trailblazer p0300 how can i fix this problem.thank you.

This is a random/multiple cylinder misfire. Last time I had this problem, it was my coils. Try checking your coils first.

I have a 2003 chevy trailblazer that has a error code that states the #5 cylinder is misfiring, what does that mean?

The computer has detected a misfire on cylinder number 5.In mosts circumstances when I have run across this on the Envoy and Trailblazer. It is a failed coil pack.Easiest way to check would be to swap cylinder 5 coil with another coil and see if it follows to the cylinder that you swapped with.

2003 Ford Ranger 4x4 extended cab- diagnostics checked and got these codes- P0171, P0174, P0300, P0316. Can you tell me what they mean?

P0171------ system too lean bank#1
Po174------ system too lean bank#2
For these 2 codes, try cleaning the maf sensor (mass air flow), that is mounted in the big black hose that goes from the air filter housing to the throttle plate, if it is dirty, that will cause those 02 sensors to send a signal to the computor to lean the air fuel mixture. If cleaning it doesn't work, the sensors will probably need changing.
P0300---- Random/multiple cylinder misfire
P0316---- Cylinder misfire at start up---- first 100 revolutions.
On those 2 codes, you have to do some testing to find out why there is a misfire.
Possible causes:
dirty/malfunctioning injectors
weak coil pack
fowling spark plugs/wires
Low fuel pressure
