SOURCE: i have no heat in

The problem that has caused this cold air only issue is the Air Temerture Control Blend Door Actuator Motor, this motor is on the ouside of the air duct about center of the dash, in order to access and replace it u must remove the entire dash assembly.

SOURCE: Heater blowing cold air, 4 babies really need heat....

Your heater core could be blocked. Check the hoses going to it on the inside of the engine compartment. There will be 2 5/8' heater hoses going into firewall adjacent to one another. The tempature of these hoses should be almost the same after your van has reached normal operating tempature and your temp select switch is on hot(heat). If not it's a good idication your heater core may have some blockage in it. You would then have to flush it out or replace it. Hope that helps.

SOURCE: cold air blows but when you switch it to heat it

inspect cooling system for fluid or leaks, if it is low or no coolant, you must have a leak. also inspect hoses to firewall, one should be hotter than other, if they're ok need to recalibrate all HVAC doors

Heat don't work Just blows cold air but the control for the heat is warm to touch

Check coolant level. Start cold with cap off and add coolant as necessary with HEATER ON, while running. Let it get up to operating temperature and rad fan comes on 2 or 3 times, then make sure topped up and put cap back on.

need more info? Heater blowing cold air? Heater not blowing at all? If neither heat or air are blowing then it's just the blower fan. Easy to replace and fairly cheap.

1998 caddy sts over heating and blowing cold air when heat is on

sounds like it might be low on coolant. Low coolant levels will stop the flow and circulation to the heater core, and also might be the cause of overheating
