Question about 2007 Hyundai Accent GS Hatchback
Replacing it isn't hard at all. There should be a black plastic cover on
the inside that pulls off or screws off and then theres just a few
screws holding it in place.

As stated above, the black plastic cover on the inside of the window pops off to give you access to back out the screws to remove the side view mirror. Unfortunately, there is ONE screw at the bottom that is very difficult to access. It can be done without removing the door panel if you are very careful and work slowly with your phillips screwdriver so you don't strip the head of that screw.
