Question about 2000 Honda Accord
Change light bulbs, simple. Clock light is VERY easy, buy bulb at honda dealer, 3 bucks. pry it up, and out. change the old bulb, situated right hand side, turn it counterclockwise quarter of a turn, done.
As for odometer backlight, also a light bulb, easily bought at any automotive store. Unscrew the 2 screws from the top of the black bezel surrounding the instrument panel. Most difficult part is now pulling it out and towards you.. VERY DIFFICULT. I had to snake a shoestring behind it to yank it out as it is held in place by two clips on the bottom edges. Google it, that's how everyone does it. Then it's rather straight forward from there. 4 more screws, and tilt the unit towards you, and undo the 3 cables. Find the faulty light bulb, take it out, and replace. Done
