Question about 2004 Ford Explorer
2004 ford explorer will not start. The mechanic says the anti theft sensor on the steering colum needs to be replaced.
How much should this cost?
The sensor is part of the ignition key lock cylinder, so the part and labor will be around $200-$300 depends on your local labor rate, the dealer must do this repair because the new lock cylinder key code must be programmed into the VATS module.
