Possibly suspect that the air conditioning is not working, if you get into your car in wet or humid weather and the windows steam up, put on the AC, if they do not clear then it could be that there is a filter blockage or drainage blockage on your AC or it is defective. again get it checked by a dealer or AC specialist.

My 2017 Elantra interior of windshield freezes and I have to scrape the inside window?

You either have water getting inside the car somewhere or more likely, you are keeping something in the car that is wet. As it is a 2017 model water leaking in is unlikely, (but still possible). Go through the car and check for anything damp and remove it. Lift the carpets and mats where you can and check them for dampness. If the dampness continues see if you can get the door rubbers checked under your warranty.

Inside condensation on my windows in my 2009 Volkswagen EOS

Normal at this time of year. You can buy a moisture kit from an auto parts store, or at a Walmart or similar type store. If you don't want to do that, wait till a sunny day and park the car in the sun with the windows cracked. It will help dry out the inside.

In wet and damp weather my 1988 Golf GT runs real rough and eventually stalls, but runs fine in dry conditions. What's going on?

sounds like its time for tune up wires and rotor cap and such..with age they break down and moisture is shorting some of this out..to test this using a spray bottle spray these wire down and listen for a snapping sound from the coil..this is proof of the water getting the old wiers wet..(condensate moisture)

Rough idle when wet

Go to your local parts store, buy a Di-Electric grease. It's not expensive. Pull each plug wire off one at a time. Take a screwdriver or something to stick inside the boot of the wire. Put this grease inside the plug wires on both ends, and also around any other wire you see that have a potential of getting wet. The keeps out moisture and really works. I did a friends VW this way and the VW dealership couldn't figure out what was wrong so this shuld help the problem.

Wet passenger side

I believe the problem is a leak in your heater core. The water would run down the inside of the firewall or near it thus running under the mat.
