It all started working again. Must have been a loose connection associated with the cold weather here or due to the fact after the thermostat was replaced the car actually gets warm. It's not my car just helping someone. Thanks

sounds like the computer has a glitch. you might need to go to the dealer to have the computer trained(reprogrammed) or to see if you need a new one.

SOURCE: Guages not working

tammccoy: Honda had a service bulletin out on connection problems to the fuse box that would cause problems with the instrument cluster operation. In particular, the 05 Odessy.
It was just a poor connection where it plugge into the fuse box.

Could be a problem with the connector at the back of the cluster, or the printed circuit board.

Chevy cavalier 2005 speedometer stuck not working

That Cluster will work But, You will have to get an Installation kit if you want the Tach to work. Everything else will hook up the Same. You have a Distribution Box (Fuse Box) Under the Hood on the Drivers Side, There is a Fuse in it for the Speedo. Inside the Cover to the Box is the Fuse Diagram or in the Back of the Owners Manual.

Speedometer is jumping all-over

You better check the connector to the speedo and cluster, either you bent a pin or damaged the printed circuit, or the connector is not locked properly.
