Question about 1995 Nissan Pathfinder
Could be starter or starter solenoid is bad.

Testimonial: "To remove the starter solenoid assembly, what do you have to remove from the engine to access the starter mounting bolts(four wheel drive 6 cly.)"
Make sure the battery terminal is 100% clean.
Check the voltage at the battery terminal with a volt meter.
If it's drain below 13.1 Volt then it's a failing alternator.
If the voltage on the battery is at a healthy 13.4 to 13.8 then look into to
starter disable for alram system
