Sounds like you have an internal short in the battery. It's quite common. One of the battery cells has shorted internaly, and the solution is usualy replace the battery. I would have it tested first just to make sure, but 99% of the time, if that's the complaint, the battery is the issue.

My 2010 corvette grand sport needs a boost to start every 3 days. I give it an immediate boost and it starts. The battery indicates past 13, so what could the problem be?

My first suspicion is a bad battery.
If you can, have it tested.
The reason why it does start when it does is what is called :"surface charge".
When the battery is tested, first it is brought up to full voltage.
Then, a "load" is put on it for a few minuter.
If you have no tester, shade tree mechanics give the load test by turning on all the lights for 5 minutes, without the engine running.
If then it goes bad and won't start, you have found the problem.

I have a 2007 impala it will not start no clicking, all the lights come on. When the key is turned lights and radio cuts off, just bought my battery a month ago

Sounds like a bad alternator. Boost vehicle, if starts disconnect from boost vehicle, run Impala for a few minutes then disconnect positive on battery, if Impala stops running likely the alternator no good, replace it.

1994 Mazda PU Truck sometimes won't start if shutoff for 5-10 minutes.. Several tries later, it will start. spark seems ok, it gets enough fuel for a second, but then poops out. fuel pump shuto

Well there is no shutoff relay, but there is a fuel pump relay that powers the pump.
I would check it first. The computer grounds the relay for 3 seconds when you crank the engine to boost fuel pressure. Once the engine starts the pump is powered only if you have oil pressure.

I am getting a PO430 code on a 2005 Chevy Express. It starts and runs fine until I stop the engine for a few minutes then when I restart it begins to sputter, idle rough and no power. If I let it idle for...

p0430 is the code for below normal catalytic converter efficiency. This may mean that the sensors are faulty in your exhaust stream or that the catalytic converter is clogged or otherwise damaged. That would may also be the reason for the rough idle. Clearing the code does not repair the problem. When codes are "cleared" it simply wipes your code memory clean until the onboard computer has a chance to re-establish the condition of your overall system. This cycle may take several days to weeks depending on how far and how often you drive. Usually there is a sequence of events that have to occur such as acceleration above a certain speed than a stop then a steady speed trip of several miles then another stop. Your engine has to reach normal operating temperatures as well. In short the code will continue to return until you track down the problem.

Having a problem boosting a 93 ford diesel 1 ton that has been sitting over the winter months.

Remove plugs add a some liquid wrench, let set for a few days. They try starting, if it starts, it will smoke until liquid wrench is burned off, valves have stuck. If you ever store a vehicle for any length of time take out plugs add some light oil, replace plugs, remove distributor wire, turn engine over several times.
