Question about 1999 Honda Accord
Allow the engine to cool down before attempting this replacement. This would minimize loss of coolant.
1. You need to replace the temperature-sending unit, also.
2. Use a 17-mm deep socket and wrench to unscrew the temperature-sending unit. It is located to the right of the thermostat housing with electrical wire plug.
3. Reverse this proceedure for installation.
