Is the headlamp switch in the Autolamp position ? ( 1 turn to the left, so it is pointing at the A in the light bulb icon ) Do you have DRL ( Daytime Running Lamps ) ? The radio part is strange, unless modified, this should not be on the accessory delay circuit ( there is a relay and fuse for this ), it should only be the power windows ( 04+ MY added the radio to this circuit function ).

This is often a feature built into cars and trucks that can be reset through some type of user interface. Do the lights and radio turn off when the driver door is opened then closed, or turn off at some point of delay after the door has been opened, then closed? If so, then your truck has that feature. If not, then there is more of an issue that needs to be looked into.

Seems like the car is staying in "ACC" (accesory key position)

BFC that body function controller. BFC batt fuse controls .the body function controller .its part of the PCM.the BFC controls anti theft system. your interior lights -drl lights- radio -door locks.if your check engine light is on take it to dealership.because your BFC and PCM works together. your car could shut off. that unsafe.when you on a busy highway.you have electrical problem.not a home fix.

How do I program my key for my 2006 Chevy Impala?

Add Duplicate Key (PK3 or PK3+ key)
1. Insert an existing key into the ignition cylinder.
2. Turn the ignition cylinder to ON (RUN) and back to OFF.
3. Remove the existing key and, within fifteen seconds, insert the new key
and turn it to ON (RUN).
4. The security light will light up for two seconds to indicate success in programming
the key into the vehicle.
Originate New Master Key (PK3 or PK3+ key)

1. Insert new key into ignition cylinder and turn it to the ON (RUN) position.
The security light on the dash will illuminate and stay on for ten minutes.
2. When the security light goes out, you have one minute to start the next
step. Turn the ignition cylinder to OFF and then back to the ON (RUN)
position. The security light on the dash will illuminate and stay on for ten
more minutes.
3. When the security light goes out, you have one minute to start the next
step. Turn the ignition cylinder to OFF and then back on the ON (RUN)
position. The security light on the dash will illuminate and stay on for ten
more minutes.
4. After the security light has gone off the third time, the key has been programmed
into the vehicle’s computer and will operate the car. It has replaced ALL the
previous electronic key codes and is the ONLY key programmed into the
vehicle’s computer.

4. The security light will light up for two seconds to indicate success in programming
the key into the vehicle.

sounds like you might have a problem with your ignition switch, it's sticking and acting like your key is in when it's out.

Radio

It's actually very simple. The dash panel around the radio head unit, which includes the key switch bezel, just pulls off. Pull carefully around the key-switch bezel and the ring around the key switch should pop out along with the dash panel. You'll probably need to shift out of park to get the shift lever out of the way, and you'll need to unplug a few plugs from the back of the dash panel. After the panel is removed, the head unit should just unscrew from the sub-dash mounting.

Dash light DRL stays on

Bad solders in DRL relay located left side of steering column below change drawer behind dash. It will be indicated with a stamp DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT RELAY. Remove it and redo the solders to the relay contacts in the unit. This will fix the DRL light in dash, return the DRL system to functioning and will also fix headlight not working problem.
