Can you ajust a 1992 mazda 323 clutch ( 1.3 hatchback } If i put the car in gear and start it , it start to move on its own

If you have the clutch fully depressed and the car moves you definitely need a clutch adjustment. I'd go to www.autozone.com and register for free. Once registered you'll have access to DIY repair manuals and shop manuals. Look through these and you may find you can make the adjustment yourself.

1988 mazda 323 hatchback, 212K miles. Tried to start this morning, no go. Cabin lights and radio came on, ignition switch turns, but no "click-click-click" sound. I think the starter isn't connecting...

I would have the system checked by a starting/charging analyzer. If the draw is 1 or 2 amps and the starter doesn't turn, the starter will have to be replaced to replace the bad solenoid. Also, if the draw is 75 to 125 amps and it doesn't turn, the starter is bad.

Normally, a starter should draw 75 to 125 amps and turn vigorously, assuming the battery connections are ok.

Where it is and how to remove a starter motor on a mazda 323 1988 model

This is for a Mazda 323F The starter motor is located on the back side of the engine (closest to the firewall) underneath the fuel injection/intake manifold. To replace it, first disconnect the battery, then remove the main power cable (heavy wire) and the start wire (light wire). Next remove the two bolts for the intake manifold support bracket and remove bracket. Remove one bolt on starter rear support bracket and 3 bellhousing flange bolts (two accessible from starter side, on accessible from bellhousing side). the starter is now free and can be taken out form teh passenger's side (LHD).

Gears sticky when changing, sometimes crunchy even?

It looks incorrect clutch adjustment, first inside the car depress the clutch pedal by hand and see if there is a free play moor then 10 mm, if so , slacken the locknut at the cable end in engine compartment, now turn the adjustment nut until the distance from the release lever to the roller on the cable is about 3mm, tighten the locknut after adjustmen
