Step one would be to check your coolant level by removing your radiator cap when vehicle is cool. Add a 50/50 mix of coolant and non-hard water if level is low. Re-install cap and run vehicle. There are two water hoses going into the dash from your engine. One is coolant going in and the other is the outlet. Try to touch each hose . Both hoses should be warm if not The part known as a heater core is plugged.
If temperatures are equal you will have to check temperature control doors under dash board.

How do I turn my heat off in my 2005 Malibu. Turn it to 0 and it still blows out

Could be numerous things. First off check the heat control valve to make sure it's working properly. If the valve is working properly then proceed to checking the heater core. See if your getting good coolant flow. If you are then go to checking switches and resistors. Most probable cause is heater core blockage or stuck heater control valve.

Horn on my 2004 Chevrolet Malibu won't work. Fuse is good and relay is working properly. Where is the actual horn?

If its like my 99 Chevy Lumina, its behind the front bumper, passenger side. You'll have to take the whole front bumper off. Stupid I know. But thats how Chevy made them.

Could be several things. The fuse relay to the AC compressor could be bad. The system may need to be recharged due to lack of refrigerant the compressor will not work unless it has enough.

Water on floor

There are 2 places it could be coming from, most likely is a leaking or bad "heater core". If it's not a heater core, it would be "condensation" from your air conditioning system. Check your coolant first. If it's low, your heater core is leaking the coolant inside the vehicle. If you don't repair this problem it can lead to severe engine damage. If it's not the heater core, the condensation buildup from your air conditioner is not properly draining outside the vehicle. Could be as simple as a clogged, or damaged drain hose.

2004 Ford F150 - AC/Heater blower speed 1 & 2 not working.

You might have a bad speed selector switch, or your blower motor resistor is faulty.

Try spinning the knob real fast in either direction. Sounds stupid but it worked for me.
