1991 Ford Escort, the fan sometimes runs, but now currently doesn't. It doesn't make any grinding noises or anything, what could be wrong with it?

I have a Ford Escort Wagon 1991 the defrost work and fan but only luke warm air now the fan does not turn on nothing happens how do i know what is wrong please help

Seems to me you may have two separate issues, but maybe not. Could it be that leaves, a mouse, or other debris has gotten into the fan box blocking the air flow and finally jamming the fan? It maybe possible to remove some parts under the hood to gain access to the air intake and use a shop vac to get the debris out. You may still have to replace the fan fuse, motor, or resistor as well. Also check that the radiator is properly filled, as low coolant can cause the heater to work poorly.

Doesn't want to run no overheating just died while driving it, it made a bunch of pop noises what could be wrong, the timing belt?

There is not enough time or space on this page to list all of the possibilities of what could be wrong. It could be anything from "out of gas" to a totally destroyed engine. The problem needs to be DIAGNOSED. I am very good at what I do, but I am NOT psychic.

Grinding of front brakes on a 98 Ford escort. What does it mean and what is the cost for the possible repairs

You need a front brake job based on what your discription.
The grinding noise indicates you've worn through the pads and more than likley have damaged the rotors.
It will run approx. $250.00 to have it done by a professional, or do it yourself in the $100.00 range.

1991 Ford Escort fan will not turn on and motor overheats.

some water from the tail pipe is normal but if the car is running bad then it is possible the head gasket is blown. on the escorts that i have owned i have found that the main relay is usually burned and needs to be replaced. it is possible that the fan is dragging and burning this relay up if this relay is good then you may be better off taking it to the electrical shop.
