Question about 1998 Chrysler Town & Country
Follow air filter box back to throttle body. The map sensor is a black box with two flanges that accept mounting bolts. It has a hose in and a hose out; Held in place by two hose clamps. A three wire connector plugs into it. It's shape somewhat resembles a camera.
It is rather easy to change; Loosen clamps, disconnect plug and remove. This device has a very fine screen inside; Which regulates fuel flow. They can not be repaired. It can be purchased at most auto part stores. As a pricing benchmark discount houses sell it for $85. Be careful installing the new part as there are very delicate.
