Very simple: Disconnect the positive and negative terminal cables. Remove the bolt holding the retainer clip on the tray and lift it out.

The Duralast Gold is a good battery: 610 cold cranking amps and 760 cranking amps. It has an 8 year warranty and 3 year replacement. Will run you about $90.

Vehicle will not start

Check if the power windows work if you have it or the audio system, headlights and if these don't work then your battery is probably 'DEAD'. If you have another car try to jump start the battery you would need the cables for.Take precautions if you are not ready to do it let a mechanic handle it.There are plenty of videos on the internet. Here's an example- http://www.ehow.com/how_6192531_jump-ford-mustang-v6-3_8.html. 2003 Ford mustang v6 won't start cranks over but does not firer new battery. just died the other night fired a few time then nothing

Sounds as if it's not getting fuel. Change your fuel filter, then if nothing, it could be the fuel pump.
