The blower motor is located under the passengers side of the dash. You may have to remove a panel to see underneath. You will see the blower motor under here. When it is not working give it a light tap with a screw driver or something. If it start to blow then it is the blower motor. If not then it could be the blower resistor module. This is located behind the glove box.Remove it and look it over.It will usually have a burnt look or small burnt. If it does then replace it.Hope this helps.Good luck.
It could be your heater blower motor or the blower speed regulating reisitor.
Try different blower speeds, see if the smell goes away. Also if one or more speed setting don't work, it is more than likely it is the resistor, if no to the tests, it is more likely to be the blower motor.
Also check to see if the blower intake is blocked.
The bower motor is most likely what you are smelling.Replace the blower motor, and the blower resister next to the blower motor if,the blower motor has no speeds.
