Fuse is for:daytime running lamps, remote solenoid, deatc climate controller, manual climate control, manual climate control temp blend acutautor. since the fuse has been pulled no problems...what is it and what will it take to fix

Check IG fuse 20A in the fuse box ! this fuse supply's voltage to the coil's an the warning lights .

Does the vehicle have daytime running lamps ? Did you pull fuse from the inside the vehicle fuse panel ? I/P Fuse # 12 30 amp underhood fuse box is for the headlamp switch . Sounds like daytime running lamp module is the problem . But , without testing this is just a guess , by looking at a wiring diagram . Do you know what a automotive electrical wiring diagram is ?

did you try removing the DRL fuse to disable the daytime running lights, and double check your bulbs and fuses for the regular headlights? I'm not much of a mechanic but I'll take that fuse box before messing with anything else.
