Location door lock relay block 2000 ford f-150

There's no relay for the power door locks? Who told you there was? Power flows from a 15A fuse in the underhood fuse box to the right and left door lock switches. The switches move power to the acutuators. This is a low amp system. Doesn't need relays

(2000 Ford windstar) Want to find out the function of relays 301&303 in The power distribution fuse box?

In your owners manual, 301 and 303 says, not used. All I can do is look at your owners manual for those numbers. The relays for your vehicle in my database aren't numbered that way.
fleet.ford.com should have your owners manual, if you don't have one. It's free to read, online. The top fuse box is from owners manual, the lower fuse box is from my database.

Electrial problens

I am a retired ford dealer electronics tech and the only way to repair this is to replace all the components that are burnt, this means a new wiring harness, the power dist. box is not sold seperate it is part of the ain harness, I know this is not good news, but if you want to keep the car then this is what has to be done to not have future problems.
