1994 AND 93 ?

You will probably want to use the computer off the 94 just to make sure everything works properly. Other than that it should work. May have to do work arounds on throttle linkage or maybe some plugs.

How do you reset the electronic digital "change oil now " indicator on the dash display

Eighty-Eight - 1992-93
Ninety-Eight - 1991-93

Press and release the "TEST" button on the Driver Information Center. This will illuminate "CHANGE OIL NOW" if it is not already illuminated. Press and release the "OIL" or "OIL INDEX" button. Next, press the "RESET" button and hold for at least 7 seconds.

I hope this helps (remember to rate this answer).

How to replace the ignition module in a 1993 oldsmobile eighty-eight royale

Find coil pack I think it is on the front passenger side. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove electrical connector from module. Remove the four or six bolts that fasten the coil pack/module to the motor. Mark location of coil packs before removing from module. Replace in reverse order.

No horn, clock, radio. Thought it was a bad fuse but fuse sparks

Look in the lighter hole, and get the loose change out of it. :)
