The hold button on my 2004 Suzuki Verona comes on out of no where flashing and it stops my car from excelerating. I haveto pull over and shut the car off then on in order to contiue driving. After 2k dollars in reapirs over the last 3 months...I just want to know if this feature can be disconnected???? I don't need it. Thanks
Radio code is specific for each and every car. It is specific like anti
theft code.
So yu can get it by providing your VIN# and
registration details in authorised suzuki dealership.Nobody else can
provide you. If anybody can provide you that , then there is no meaning
of security for your car.
You need the security code to reactivate it. If you havent got that hten try your local dealership. If still no go the stereo is useless....its an ant-theft device. If a garage changed the battery I would put it to them to fix / replace. If you did it then you are basically in for replacement stereo!!!
You problaly need a new front hub assy. They have the abs sensor built in. You need to see what code you have for the ABS and it will tell what you hub is bad. Don Suzuki tech
unfortunately, there are about 60 to 80 codes. You'll need to contact the dealer and ask then a list of these code. Alternatively, you can try manually by trying all combination (111, then 112 then 113, etc...) Once you have the right code, keep it. It is specific to your car and you may need it again
