First does it turn over? Could be that you mitakenly forgot to conect the wire that runs to the starte, or the fuse assembly.

Does it turn over? If not, does the solenoid click? Was the battery you put in fully charged? Are the terminals clean and tight? What was the situation with the old battery? Not turn over? Same as with the new battery? Describe the problem more thoroughly as a comment.

When you say it doesnt start, does it mean the engine wont turn over.? If yes , check your main fuse located just beside the battery plus terminal, the one with cable attached to it. Replace if busted. Are all the lights and horn functioning? Check also ground cable and connections.(- or minus side of the battery)

Battery died, changed battery and now engine wont crank.

Look for a blown starter fuse or fusible link in your underhood block. Also look for what made it blow.

I noticed my truck didnt want to start like it had a weak battery. I drove it anyway and first my abs light came on, then I started losing all my accessories like radio power windows, etc. I got towed home...

All of you accessories can't run from the battery. The alternator has to produce 13-14 volts to you battery to keep the battery charged fully so all the accessories will work. Soon as a power source is powered on it will drain the battery quickly if the alternator isn't putting out. I would change the alternator. Honestly, If you have a shop close by that rebuilds alternators, this is the way I would go. Here in my home town, a rebuilt is $95 as a rebuilt from auto zone is $140-170 and comes with the same warranty. I use a rebuild shop for all alternators and starters. Cheaper and have never had to take one back compared to auto stores.

Have a 1998 Olds intrigue changed the bolt on battery some times it starts sometimes it doesnt

What do you mean you changed the bolt on the battery. First check all of the connections to ensure they are clean and tight (no wiggle). If this is ok then have the battery tested.
