no but theres a fuel pump relay try swapping a like relay over and see if that's it otherwise fuel pump is bad

sounds like you fuel pump getting weak, or a dirty fuel filter

your fuel pump should be located on top of your gas tank...i'm not positive but pretty sure. if it is some vehiches you can get to them by takin out back seat...if not you will have to drop the tank

A 1998 Saturn will not have a carborator as it is fuel injected sorry.

yes the fuel pump is inside the tank and checkout the fuel pump relay and the fuse for the sending unit first and try these websites to get more information on your car its www.autozone.com and www.alldatadiy.com and if all fails stop by your local library and get your hands on a Haynes auto repair manual for your car also try so STP gas treatment in the gas tank if the car run better replace the fuel filter and i wish you the best of luck Michigan Man.

Locate the fuel pump relay and replace. shold be located in the fuse box that needed the Tap
