there should be a decal under the hood somewhere that shows the belt routing. if its gone you can probably go to the library and find a book of your car that will show the routing and you can either draw a picture or take a photo of it.
The chattering sounds like some thing loose,like a mounting bracket. or the shafts end play is excessive,there can be bearing failure at high mileage in the supercharger, The bearings are lubed by the engine oil while running check for oil leaks in the line to the supercharger.
I assume you mean Supercharged. Look at your engine. If it is supercharged, you will see a large component with a shaft and pulley at the drive belt side of the engine right on top of the engine. It is usually grey or white in colour.
