Hi, Check Battery and connections. Check for short in wiring. Also check computer codes you will need a code scanner for that. If you can not get it fixed go to a mechanic.
Take it to a local auto parts store (Autozone, Murray's, Checkers, Napa) have them hook up a scan tool to get the diagnostic codes, write them down and post them here so we can further assist you. There are many reasons that can cause the check engine light to come on.
