Not only will you need to replace fuses that have blown you may also have to replace every electrical component as they really don't like the polarity being reversed it burns out components inside them some of the electrical parts may be repairable if you are lucky
wiring may have burned out as well so it will need to be checked as well
every wire needs continuity and resistance checks and visual inspection

I have a 2003 Town and Country mini-van and I lost power to all my ... In addition to this my wipers, headlight controls, blinker controls, power door locks, and A/C/heat controls are out as well. The odd thing is that the power windows work, the power sideview mirrors work, the radio and ceiling lights also work.

u hav some electric components that become old and worn and gained resistence--wen cool will run----chec all fuses including maxi ones in engine area--inspec batt cable--computer may be worn too--it will take a good tech to find bad parts

sound like it running out of fuel.change your fuel filter,and check your fuel preasure should be around 38 to 40, if that ok run and see if it shut down again if it does I would be checking my fuel relay,I hope this helps you,

i have a theory,have you tried replacing the door ajar switches,one might be bad,the computer might be seeing a load on the battery for a while after vehicle shut down,and because of this the computer does this to shed loads so the battery is not killed,or the problem could be the GEM module which controls all the power,its actually part of the fuse box and would need to be replaced as a unit but a little exspensive,so i would try the door switches first,hope this helps

Check and clean all connections to the battery. Check all electrical connects at starter also.

could be a fusable link in the wiring harnes near the battery box/check all links
