05 duramax diesel coolant presure problem,no heat and blowing out of bottle

You have a head gasket blown. Pushing combustion gasses into coolant and displacing coolant for no heat.

You can remove belts so coolant pump don't circulate. Remove necessary hoses or fixtures to see coolant at each head. Temporarily run engine and look for bubbles to see which bank or side is blowing coolant. Don't run too long or it will overheat.

What gaskets do I need besides my head gasket when replacing the head gasket on a 2004 Ford Taurus, in otherwords what would replace while doing this job car has 168000 kms

Head bolts and head gaskets. Let's see, you will need a lower and upper intake set as well. These head gaskets usually blew because bad fan relays caused the gaskets to blow and warped the heads. Ford used cheap oil pressure switches that leaked as well.

Was the dodge 318s in the year 1994 or any other years has problems with blowing head gaskets and also getting thick milky color in the oil

318 is a very solid reliable engine. However, if it's overheated, it can have head gasket problems.
The newer the engine, the more prone to cracks in the cylinder heads. Best ones came on 318's made before '89...(Thank the EPA for that...saving weight is more important than reliability). When replacing gaskets, always have the heads magnafluxed to check for cracks, also check for warpage. After job is finished, get the contaminated oil out of it before you start it, and let it idle for at least an hour to permit any left behind to boil off..
