Question about 2003 Dodge Stratus
If it is a manual type window you could have a handle that is stripped out or a bad window regulator. If it's an electric window your motor could be bad. Either way you will have to remove the interior trim panel to access the motor or regulator assembly to inspect them. Also if it's electric make sure to check all your fuses to ensure they are good. Once the door panel is removed if it's electric check for power at your motor if you do have power make with the switch placed in both up and down position the your motor is bad. Inspect the regulator also for damage. If you do not have power at your motor and your fuses are all good then you will have to check your circuit for problems which could include a bad switch, relay or wiring. Hope that helps, gl.
