My dashboard lights go out periodically, not sure

All of a sudden, my dashboard lights completely go out , is this a loose wire? I have checked the fuses already.

Sounds as if you have a poor conection i would trace the circuit and make sure all your connections are clean and tight ......if this does not resolve your problem there is a posibility that your inst panel cluster is faulty....good luck

It sounds like either a blown fuse, or a relay. If replacing the fuse, be sure to check all surrounding wiring and look for burned wire, loose connections, dangling wires, you should repair this problem before popping in another fuse. Good Luck

2002 4runner no tail, running or dashboard lights

Check for loose connections. Jiggle the wiring at various places, for example under the dash, floor, side wall, engine compartment, engine bay fuse box and around the battery with key on engine off condition.

My Sienna 2004 dashboard lights won't come on, tho

do the gauges still work? if they do then it might be a loose wire for the illumination bulbs, or the bulbs are burnt out which will need to be replaced. If the intire cluster doesn't work then check fuses and relays and remove the instrument cluster and make sure the wire connector to it had no cuts and is tight.

Dashboard lights and back lights have gone out!!

This, without a doubt, is the main light switch. It comes complete with the wiper switch. Beware of using second hand ones.

My 2003 Buick Regal is completely dead. My son is borrowing it and the moonroof got stuck open with headliner cover jammed into the roof. Now the entire car is locked up. Can't get keys out, no dash...

My son called a Buick dealer and they told him that it is very common for Buicks to go dead quite suddenly and completely when the battery goes out. He charged the battery and all seems to be well, so far. Still having trouble with the moonroof being stuck, but that's a separate problem apparently. Thank you.
