Question about 1995 Chevrolet Lumina
Depending upon which light is out. You will have to remove the instrument cluster from the dash, disconnect the electrical connectors from it and then you can replace the defective bulb. When you first remove the instrument cluster while your connectors are still connected to it, turn your lights on for a second this may help you identify the bad bulb. If you replace the bulb with a new one and it still doesn't work then you have another problem. The circuit board to the cluster could be bad. But once you remove the bulb you will see if it's blown or not. Hope that helps, gl.
