The LCM is under the dash just above the steering column. It is $400. Get one on ebay only for your year and model. others won't work.

I have a 99 mercury grand marquis ls the battery light flashes on and off while I'm driving not repeatedly maybe about four times while I'm driving had the alternator checked it was good repla

Battery may have broken plates in cells or cracked plates. May show battery is good , but i would replace it.
Also, starter solenoid may be bad, replace starter as needed.

Interior lights come on, draining battery

You should check the various door switches and any manual cab light switch. A little physical movement on those switches should be able to identify the problem area. With the door open you should see the switch that gets pushed in when the door is closed. Push it in with your finger and see if it reacts properly. sometimes there's a little tab on the door itself that would be the contact point with that switch and if it comes off or is damaged, the switch doesn't get pushed in far enough.

Interior lights come on when car is not in use draining the battery- 2000 grand marquis

You possibly have a bad/ shorted door switch. On each doorpost there is a little push in switch that activates the interior lights when the door is opened - if any of these switches short, the lights go on which will drain your battery. You'll need to figure out which switch is messing up and replace that switch. When you open and close your doors, do the lights go on and off respectively? This will take some time to figure out as your car has a delay on the lights to give you time to get the key in the ignition. It is possible that one of the switches has dirty or corroded contacts ( but not very likely ) . This could be a time consuming endeavor and, short of unplugging each door switch, will continue to kill your battery unless you disconnect the battery when parking for long periods ( like at work or overnight).
Hope this helps and please rate my solution!!

Turn signals don't flash when braking 99 grand marquis

Check all earth wires on all lights.
most lights in cars run in series so if u loose one you loose the other mainly caused by bad earth on globe holders or corrosion where bulb sits.
little sand paper goes a long way.
