Blower resistor plug is the problem ,,, and now poss. the resistor itself ,, they get very hot and melt in side the plug to res. ,, call the dealer ,,,resit. should be around 30 bucks and tell them you want the pigtail also,,, located down under glove box towards the floor where the rug or matt comes up,,,,

I have dodge ram van 3500 2003 blower fan not working. I think the wires behind the stereo have something to do with it?

blower on heat or AC fails dead.
but must work on HIGH, does blower high work?
there is blower high relay that most work on high.
the relay closed for high , on high and mode not set to off.(0)
if HIGH works and lower speed do not work the blower resistor is blown out.
causes,
fuse f10 blown.
to test just the blower 1 of 2 pins, ground wire LG/WT light green /white blower must blow or blower is dead. (or key not ON)

the wiring is here.

What does the fault code 0483 mean for a 2005 dodge ram 3500?

computer confused by cooling fan voltage/current level. Is the fan working? If yes, may have a short. If no, try hotwiring to battery to see if it's good. If fan works by hotwire, suspect relay is bad. Check all wiring before buying any parts. Relay does not click in until engine is hot. Let me know if you have more questions.

P0483 Engine coolant blower motor, rationality check -malfunction
Causes: Wiring, engine coolant blower motor, ECM

2005 dodge 3500 ram / noise from a/c on passenger side. Very loud when fan is on full blast - not much ac blowing out.

Sounds like you either have something stuck in the blower motor (leaves, pine needles, etc?) or the blower motor bearings are worn out.
