Where is the resister for the heater and air conditioning system in a 1998 olds shiloutte mini van . the fan motor won't work on low speed

Yes there's a resistor pack screwed into the heater box next to the blower motor. you may have to remove panels below the passinger's side dash to get access.

2003 ford van e350 rear air vent is not blowing

Try this article. I have the same problem and I think it is the vacuum motor that controls the door for changing from hot/cold in the rear heater box (located inside behind the L rear wheel)

The right one is flashing fast because of a bad bulb either in front or rear. One of them should not be flashing. Good luck

Need to chang a heater core in this van its a 92 lumana apv

Disconnect the inlet and outlet pipes on the upper right side of the firewall (Its somewhat of a long reach but you can do it) Drain the radiator and then remove the heater core. Its inside the van located in the heater box under the passenger side of the dash board. I believe you may have to remove the inner glove box. I know that is the case on the TransPort and the Silhouette but the Lumina dash is somewhat different in style.

I am having a problem with the blower in my van. The blower still blows air in the rear of the vehical but not in the front. What could the problem be?

check the filters located behind a panel in the back of the glove box they should be cleaned at least once a year. if not plugged then check to see if the switch is changing from panel to floor to defrost ect. could be this selector switch.
