Blowed head gasket on Hyundai elantria head checked out ok put back together now won't start motor got hot enough to melt plug wires and radiator my daughter's care

You forgot to fill the cooling system didn't you? Or at best, you didn't 'burp' the system and get the air out. Perhaps not enough oil, which also cools?

If it was hot enough to melt the plug wires on the outside I dread to think what the valve or pistons look like. If it melted plastic on the outside, it must be hot enough to melt metal inside.

Will not start when hot

Could be the ignition coil or it also could be a plugged catalytic converter. The converter being plugged will show several different signs, 1>) a rotten egg smell when vehicle is off 2.) loss of power 3.) fuel mileage drop. The ignition coil could also be weak. not bad enough to overheat and shut it down but enough that when its hot and shut off that it wont allow for spark due to being hot.

Why does a 2008 dodge ram 5500 CUMMINS automatic Transmition get hot when i use my ac when the weather is hot outside

Its possible the radiator is not cooling enough to handle the engine and trans. Depending on where the aux cooler is for the trans, there may not be enough air flow thru the radiator. With the condenser in front of the radiator the ac produces extra heat the radiator has to overcome.

Can will not start when hot outside. Turns over. No battery problem

I had a similar problem. my 99 taurus wouldn't start after it was hot until engine cooled down enough. It turned out that it was the fuel pump. It provided enough pressure when the engine was cool but as it heated up, the pressure would decrease. Then the engine was not getting enough fuel to even start.

What if the heater hose going in is hot and the heater hose coming out is cold.the heater will blow cold air

Possibly the heater core is 90% blocked. open enough to draw hot water in, (hose feels hot) but not enough volume to provide heat from very cold air, 10% hot water gets cold quick, coming from core..
Flush heater core in reverse direction - cold side in hot side out..

Just a theory..

Car running hot filled with coolent still hot was i to put coolent in overflow

Make sure there is enough coolant in the system, then check that fan turns on perioidically when it gets hot, and that the thermostat is opening and isn't stuck closed.

Feel the upper radiator hose for hardness meaning that there is enough fluid in the system.

If you can squeeze it shut, then there may not be enough fluid in the system, and may have to add up to 1 gal. or more of coolant to make it cool effectively.

How long before a transmission is hot enough to slip

It should not be a matter of how hot, but when. If it only happens when the car is hot then I would check the level. While checking the level, I would see if there is any blackish stuff in the fluid. If there is then I would have your tranny rebuilt because the clutch material is breaking down and could be the cause of the slipage.
