If the wipers and the dimmer switch are on the same stalk, as in a combination switch, I would be suspicious of that switch. And likewise the turn switch, is it on the same switch?
If it's not the switch, there may be a ground problem. Check for a ground for the headlight right close by.

My 93 plymoth grand voyager se blinkers aren't

Possible faulty hazard light switch. The blinker circuit on many cars runs through the hazard light switch.

2000 chevy cavalier blinkers are acting weird. the left side front and back blinkers stay on and do not flash sometimes. i notice it gets worse when its extremely hot out. also the right hand side did

First check all the bulbs to make sure they are good with an OHM meter or continuity tester (available from any auto parts store) then if that is not the problem andall looks good replace the turn signal combination relay module in the dash.
Pictures are of the location of the flasher relay, this is all behind the dash.

Blinker problems

You say the turn signals stay on. Do you mean that the lamps come on but don't blink? If so, The flasher relay needs to be replaced. The flasher is a round can with two male electrical terminals on one end. It is under the dash, just to the right of the steering column. If you don't know what it looks like, buy a new one (under $5) so you know what to look for. Charlie

85 chevy s10 blinker is not working

Do the signals stay on solid and not flash. If yes replace the flasher. It is the round silver thing you are likely talking about.
