Your headlights may have gone past their useful lifespan. You can replace them with a good halogen lamp and that should give you better lighting. Make sure they are aimed properly so the light is actually going where you need it and make sure the bulbs have a good ground. The newer "blue" lights are brighter but as far as I know, no one makes a kit yet to make a changeover.

How do you adjust a 1994 Jeep grand cherokee laradeo headlights?

There are two adjustment screws at the top of each headlight. They are visible when the hood is up. Use an Allen wrench (hex) of the proper size to turn one screw to adjust the height and the other for lateral adjustment.
It is best to position the vehicle on a level surface a facing a wall or garage door. The vehicle can be about 8 feet from the wall during adjustment.
Adjust the light left/right and up/down with those adjustment screws. The head lights should point somewhat straight ahead at the same height as the headlight itself and the same distance apart.
After adjustment, park the car on the street at night, turn light son and stand about 50 feet form the vehicle to see if either light (low beams) seem too high. It would appear brighter if it is too high, dimmer if it is too low.

Jeep Grand Cherokee both head lights do not work

Check your headlight relay under the hood
For about 15 to 20 bucks you can buy a new relay
Look in your owners manual for the location

1993 jeep grand cherokee limited no running lights/tail lights.

Id look at the headlight switch and do some voltage tests to see whats coming out of there. Pay close attention to any wires which look like someone was in there already.People can mess stuff up faster and better than the vehicle can by itself!
