Question about Honda Accord
Dose it need to be rebuilt?
If you idle is high then your idle air control valve may be bad. (IACV) Basically what this does is changes the idle of your car during warm-up dependent on the temperature outside. When it is cold this valve makes it idle higher until it reaches operating temperature. If it is idling real high it could be that the valve is dirty or the electronics in it have gone bad.
