Engine overheating and coolant leaking...I would say there is a 99.999% chance the head is cracked. What most likely happened is the thermostat froze shut so the pressure built up so much that the head cracked.

You are going to have to replace the head, head gasket and thermostat. I recommend taking your car to a shop to have this done.

I have a 2001 ford expedition 5.4ltr and the heat doesn't get warm like it is supposed to

First, check to see that both heater hoses are getting warm the same amount If yes, air blend door may be not operating correctly due to vacuum leak or bad actuator. Failling check valve near vacuum reservior can do this too.

Water leaking between the motor and transmission On passenger side on a 01 Mercury Grand Marquis

Check your heater core hoses, clamps, and so forth. Could be a clogged heater core, damaged core, rotted lines, broken clamps, cracked hoses, or even a plastic flush-out added to the lines thats dried-up and cracked from the heat passing through the lines. A clogged heater core could cause a back pressure and heat buildup that could easily cause this as well. You might be able to find the leak from up top, or you might have to get under the vehicle with a worklight and keep on looking for the source. Good luck.

What cause manifold to crack 88 ford 150

I am assuming you are referring to an exhaust manifold crack. There could be a number of reasons. It could simply have cracked from age, having heated and cooled thousands of times in its life. Or it may have been struck inadvertently. More sinister problems could be a blocked catalytic converter causing back pressure and excessive heat. If the engine has been running a little rough lately, a burnt exhaust valve can cause excess fuel to be burned in the manifold, resulting in overheating and cracking.

Try to determine if it's a steering or suspension problem. Raise the front end on jackstands or blocks and observe steering parts while someone turns the wheel back and forth. You could have the car running so the power steering is also working, but do not try to put car in gear to turn the wheels. Keep it in neutral or park. Watch the tie rods as they move back and forth. Do the inner fender shields get caught by any moving parts? If you hear the crack, could it be coming from the rack and pinion? If you can't hear or see anything abnormal, it may be a suspension part, or something not associated with the steering. That should give you a little peace of mind. Check the brake backing plate on the right side, well, on both sides. They are made of thin metal and if broken or cracked, that may be your noise.
Hope you find it, hey, good luck.

When do i have to change my driving belt

There's not a specific time, it's usually done by inspection. You look for cracks and a glaze on the belt. Personally, I do it every 60k (for peace of mind) and if old belt looks somewhat ok, I keep it for a spare in case of emergency.glaze

Cant put it in four wheel drive because the shifter hook up came off. also it keeps over heating when i sit still for a while like at a stop light but if i turn the defrost on high with heat it cools down...

In the last 4 months I have replaced 4 cracked heads, seems to be a common thing. I would say you probally have a cracked head and blown head gasket, causing your car to overheat.

The plastic overflow has crack in it is there something to seal the crack with to keep from over heating

I would recommend replacing the reservoir. You would have to remove to try and fix it, so you may as well replace it. Good luck.
