Well it sounds to me as if you have a bad blower resistor allowing the continuous flow to the motor. or else you have a faulty relay there and its staying applied not releasing..or else you have a bad blower motor

Battery keeps draining

One of the most common things is that your interior lights are staying on, check and clean the door switches and make sure they are springing back into position easily with your finger. Also check your rear door latch for the same. Another thing is, if you have lighted vanity mirrors in your visors, those switches can become gummed up as well. One last thing to check is your interior light switches, ie. dome lights, overhead lights etc.

Turn ignition key to run position so that red & yellow idiot lights stay on. Leave in this position for 10 minutes. At first you should see theft light flashing then it will go to on. Then turn key to off. Then start vehicle.

The Blower in my 2003 Chevy Tahoe continues to run even after i turn my car completley off, and it wont shut off what is wrong?

Your blower relay seems to be stuck in the open position . It needs to be replaced. You can test this with a test light on the blower fuse. With the switch off only one side of the fuse should be hot. Good luck!!!

2003 chevy tahoe - When I turn car off, the heater fan won't shut off and eventually drains the battery. It is like something is stuck, but I have no idea.

had a few questions about this on this model and i honestly cant remember the outcome ,what i would do is cut the feed wire to the switch and run another from the power on side of the ignition switch so when key is turned off this isolates the power .

Blower stays on when ignition is turned of.

The sensor is probably defective as it keeps the fan on regardless of water temp. Get it replaced.

2003 chevy tahoe no rear heat

I know the earlier tahoe's have two heater lines running from the engine compartment to the rear under the vechile. Those lines could be clogged or pinched shut. What you do is get two hose locking pliers. Go under your truck, they are two metal lines that turn into rubber and back into metal again farther down the line. First, checked for pinched lines. If none, find where the rubber hoses are, clamp them off, remove from metal lines and drain. Use garden hose to flush fresh water through. When water comes through at high pressure and pretty clear, it should be done. Reconnect hoses, top off radiator fluid and it should be fine.
