You can rule out a fuse, because that would cause it to cease functioning completely. There's two likely solutions to this one. Either the switch is messed up, or more likely, the relay in the wiper motor unit is stuck. this can be cleaned if you're adventurous, or you can just replace it.

You have a wiring problem. .it's creating a draw on the battery. .you pull each fuse till draw goes away and your short is in that circuit. .

Windsheild wipers wont go off not until i remove the fuse

You should go to a car electrician and have him look at the circuit that is related to the wipers. Most likely you have a short circuit somewhere in the circuit.

2004 buick LaSaber windsheild wipers stopped working after I turned them off. Came on again for short time a few days later but soon quite again.

Try checking your wiper fuse first. If the fuse checks out, make sure the motor is running. Check to make sure no wires are burnt around the motor or loose. If the motor checks out, it could be your wiper switch.

Windsheild wipers delay wont work properly. turn them on and the wiper just keep going at normal speed with no delay. turn them off and the keep running then stop in the middle of windshield.

The wiper module is probably bad.It is located on the wiper motor many times you can wiggle the wires going to the module and some function is restored temporarily but most likely the module willneed replaced.

motor may be bad for the windshield wipers, you can disconnect and turn wipers on and see if blows the fuse, as it is in the switch then it should blow as soon as you turn them on. Hope this helps Tim

Indicators and windsheild wipers on a mk 3 golf are not working

You've probably blown a fuse. Check your cars owners manual and you will probably find that the same fuse runs both the wipers and indicators. Find the fuse box on your car, pull the fuse and you should be able to tell if it's blown. The wire inside will be broken. Replace with the same amp rating as the old fuse. Any auto parts store should carry fuses. They're cheap.
