THESE codes are for lean fuel most likely you have a vacume leak some where first thing I would check is the rubber hose for the PCV ...This is common on fords ....Start your engine and listen for hissing or air leaking around all hoses maybe you can fix this yourself and save some money.

do a compression test to check for head gasket problems
if you have a mechanical fan , replace the viscous fan hub

1996 ford explorer door ajar chime goes on and door locks constantly open What's wrong

Door ajar sensors on explorers get disconnected, sometimes the magnets get stuck. Spray WD40 or a lubricant on all four door jamb mechanisms (or two). Sometimes only one fails, and it is usually the tail gate one. Do a google.com search for the location of the sensors and see if they need replacement.

Good luck.

I have a 2001 ford explorer, how can I get my spare tire from under my vehicle

The spare tire assembly lowers using the crank for the scissor jack. If the mechanism has jammed, use penetrating oil on the mechanism.

2001 ford sport trac put it in drive or reverse and let it idle and it shakes real badlike the motor is about to fall out give it gas and goes away check engine lite not on and no codes found only...

It sounds like you have a bad motor or transmission mount. Open your hood, and have a friend start your vehicle, and put it into drive. Observe the engine to see what is vibrating.
