Remove the screws with a screwdriver and lower out the lens assembly. The bulb socket twists into the back of the lens assembly, although sometimes you can get them out from the front too.

If you're not sure how from that, take it to an auto parts store and let them sell you a bulb and put it in, they usually will if you ask nicely.

The license plate lights wont come on new bulbs
Pull the bulbs and check to see if you have voltage going to the socket. If not, check wiring, and check for sany damage to wiring, harnesses, etc.

yes , you need to remove the headlight cover from the back after u move the bulb conector then there is a holder for the bulb u need to push down then move.
