Question about 1998 Volkswagen Jetta
Hi, this is a common fault with these cars. The window regulator is broken. There are two ways to repair the fault, you can either replace the regulator (£90) or fit a repair kit (£30). The retailers tend to fit the entire regulator as this is less costly because it takes less time to fit. If you are reasonably confident mechanically instuctions for repair are readily available on the net.
