Question about 2005 Hyundai Accent
When you lock the car wait 5 min. the alarm will go off. When you shut it off the alarm will go off again. This repeats.
Normally when you lock the car with the remote and push the lock button twice, the car beeps. Now it will not beep.
This could be a couple of minor things which we can check first, open and close each door to see if they all operate the courtesy lights, open the trunk and push the trunl light button to ensure it is switching off. there may also be a button under the hood. lastly check the glove box button is turning off the glove/jockeybox light when it is closed. if any of these fail, that is the button that needs to be removed and inspected. Good luck
